Cliché: Tell us about your character in a couple sentences.
Michelle Pascarella: She’s sarcastic, witty, fun, and supportive.
Have you ever played this role in your own personal dating life?
Every day.
What do you like/dislike about your character?
I like that she is a no-nonsense type, I dislike her love for hair braiding.
Tell us your most memorable experience while shooting this series.
I knew the people involved, but some not very well. So this experience helped me know them better, and I grew closer to a few.
How did you come to be a part of this project?
Through the Lauren Patrice Nadler Acting Studio, which I HIGHLY recommend.
What was is like working with your long time teacher wearing the director hat?
It was lovely. It was comfortable and the communication was constantly open. It was also familiar, since she’s my teacher/coach on a weekly basis.
How collaborative or how much freedom did you have to “play” or improvise on set?
We stuck to the script majority of the time. However, there were places where we would see what “landed better.” I think there was more playing with reactions and physical comedy.
What was the funnest part of shooting this episode?
It went backwards. We shot this last. And also had some of my favorite people in this episodes cast.
