Where there’s a will, there’s a way, and where there’s Sean Gatz, there’s always room for one more tattoo. The heavily inked social media star just made his latest business relationship permanent, tattooing BuzzStar’s star-shaped logo onto his own thigh while livestreaming for fans.
Sean Gatz Makes His BuzzStar Partnership Permanent
“I know a lot of y’all wanna get in touch with me,” he told viewers on Instagram, explaining that fans would soon be able to have “much more in-depth conversation” with him on the app.
Gatz has been his own canvas for years. The former New Jersey sous chef started posting van-life and desert DIY videos in 2021 and has since built a TikTok following of 3.6 million. Along the way, his blackout tattoos have crept across his face and body, often with the needle in his own hand. “Damn, this is pretty clean,” he said after finishing the BuzzStar logo. “Usually I f-ck up stars. Or did I just jinx it?”
Sean Gatz Turns Fan Access Into A New Weapon Against His $362K Debt
The new ink lands in the middle of Gatz’s push to get his money back on track. In mid-September, he kicked off a challenge to livestream every day until he pays off $362,317 in debt, around the same time he and his wife, Lamar Gatz, opened their books on Caleb Hammer’s Financial Audit.
He’s been posting daily receipts ever since. By Day 22, the influencer had knocked the balance down to $316,514, with one recent day bringing in $844 from TikTok Live, a direct ad sale and a fan tip.
Now BuzzStar, the fan video call app created by Creators Inc. CEO Andy Bachman, gives him another way to chip away at that number. Fans book one-on-one time by the minute and keep a recording afterward, with rates rising as demand grows. Other creators have already shown how lucrative that access can be.
- Post Malone showed off a bloody new face tattoo.
- MGK recalled seeing “death and drugs” in his old tattoos before covering them with his blackout design.
- Kate Cassidy defended removing her tattoo tribute to Liam Payne after facing backlash from fans.
- Doja Cat unveiled an unusual back tattoo that sparked mixed reactions from fans.
- Kanye West debuted a matching tattoo that fans have called “iconic.”
BuzzStar Has Already Helped Creators Turn Fan Calls Into Serious Cash
In April, social media star Cole Train reportedly pulled in close to six figures during a single hour of calls, a haul so big the BuzzStar team had to double-check the numbers. Ray J later flexed his own results after hearing that another creator had made $100 over several hours. “$100?!” the R&B singer said. “I made that sh-t off one call on BuzzStar!”
For Bachman, that kind of earning power is exactly the point. “Creators lose because they don’t control how they get paid,” he told Market Realist earlier this year. “BuzzStar gives them that control back.”
The Babson graduate has been building businesses since college, when he co-founded a digital ad firm that was pulling in around $40 million a year by 2008. He launched Creators Inc. in 2020 with a laptop and a single phone, and the company has since done more than $2 billion in creator sales.
That track record makes Gatz’s decision to join the platform more than a one-off sponsored moment. With millions already following his unconventional life online, the creator has an established audience that may be willing to pay for something more personal than another livestream comment or social media reply.

The setup also fits directly into his public debt challenge. Instead of keeping his financial situation hidden, Gatz has turned the process into an ongoing storyline, letting followers watch the balance move while revealing how much he earns from different sources. BuzzStar now gives those same viewers a chance to participate in the challenge while getting direct access to him in return.
Gatz also marks the partnership with a tattoo. His body art has long been part of his online identity, and completing the logo himself transformed what could have been a traditional app promotion into the kind of unpredictable content his followers expect. The tattoo will remain long after the livestream ends, making the collaboration difficult to forget.
Whether those calls bring in Cole Train-level money remains to be seen. However, Gatz does not need to earn six figures in an hour for the platform to make a difference. Every booked conversation gives him another income stream, and every payment pushes the debt total slightly lower.
Sean Gatz Bets On BuzzStar To Help Erase His Massive Debt

For a creator trying to erase more than $300,000 in debt in full view of millions of followers, even a small star can carry serious weight. Gatz has already turned his financial recovery into content. Now, with BuzzStar’s logo permanently on his thigh, he is betting that direct access to his audience can help turn that content into cash.
