The Chicago Art Institute is top-notch as well and the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry is also a very popular place to wander and learn. If you or someone you are traveling with loves space, you will want to consider heading to the Adler Planetarium to learn about space and check out telescope views of various parts of the night sky.

Chicago is famous for its Italian eateries, but even more famous for being the birthplace of deep dish pizza. There is nothing quite like this kind of pizza and even if you end up not being a big fan, you will want to try it out just once.
