Celebrity Matchmaker Bonnie Winston Wants You to be Open To Love

Relationship expert Bonnie Winston has been a bona fide love connector since matching two friends together on a night out in 1979. “I knew that matchmaking was my chosen path. I felt like it was a celestial calling,” she says. “It did not feel like work then, and it doesn’t feel like it now.” Helping others find romance motivates her life‘s purpose. “My career is inspiring, and I wake up every day excited to make matches. This past Saturday, I was filled with joy as a former client married a wonderful man! We introduced her less than two years ago.” You truly can’t put a value on the power of restorative optimism. “My team and I act as a vessel of hope for those who have lost faith in finding love. Having clients feel desired again is an incredible emotion that they share with me.”

Forget the hassle of flakes and catfish – Bonnie has your back. “Dating app fatigue is real. Singletons are sick of swiping, texting, sexting, and getting ghosted. It takes a person about eleven dedicated hours online to get one in-person date.” And why treat romantic prospects as job candidates when you could be seizing the moment? Don’t let your endless checklist block a connection from flourishing. “We let our clients know that they have to trust us, the professionals, as we pre-date, vet, and ask the right questions before they meet any possible dates. That way they can enjoy their time on a date and get to know the essence of someone instead of having their dating life turn into an interrogation.”

Bonnie knows that you have to be receptive to letting love in before you’re actually ready to unlock the door. Save your emotional laundry for your therapist. “People who are prepared show up in accepting an introduction without giving us reason or an endless list of excuses about why not to accept the date. They have a positive attitude. They aren’t critical. They don’t find excuses why the match wasn’t for them and instead find the best in their ‘match’ or are excited about moving on and going on more dates.”

Start making plans for your future partner now, especially if you’re feeling lonely. “You haven’t met the person yet who you will fall madly and deeply in love with. Be open, write down a list of what you want to manifest, and the universe (as well as us matchmakers) will be your guide!” Bonnie reminds us that nothing is stopping anyone from building a life of fulfillment, regardless of relationship status. “Get a pet, volunteer, or do something kind daily, whether it be for a stranger or an acquaintance or in your own circle of friends and family. Be positive and loving and make it a habit.” If you lead with love, Bonnie will find it that much easier to bring more love your way! Check out Bonnie’s website HERE.
