Okay, so your big day is around the corner and you just want to look like a princess. It’s your day to remember, and the pictures will last a lifetime – so how can you brighten up your body while pressed for time in order to be bride-beautiful? Here are a few tips to consider:
For Bright Skin:
You guessed it; guzzle that water, water, water! Replace caffeine and alcohol with H2O to avoid dehydrating unnecessarily before your big day. Dehydration makes your skin dry and itchy – yuck! On top of carrying a Nalgene at all times, be sure to get plenty of sleep. Not getting enough sleep makes your skin look dull, tired and puffy – plus, the lack of Z’s will make you irritable for no reason. So make sure you clock in 7-8 hours a night for bright, fresh bridal skin.
For White Teeth:
Well, this one has something in common with your new skin care habits: avoid consuming wine, tea, and coffee, in an excessive amount. Don’t get upset, ladies, it’s only for a short time that you’ll need to cut out your morning coffee – deep breaths! These drinks corrode your teeth heavily, and avoiding them will, as you see, boost your health overall. In addition to brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing, and rinsing with water after every meal, seek out vegetables that are natural teeth whiteners. Try eating carrots, celery, broccoli and strawberries for a yummy fast-track to a bridal smile.
For Luscious Hair:
Whether you’re planning on wearing your hair half up, curled, braided, or bunned – you no doubt, want your locks to be illustrious. Well, how? Start off by switching to a wide tooth comb instead of a brush to avoid unnecessary breakage. Then, each week treat your hair with a home-made mixture of aloe vera and egg for 15 minutes, immediately shampooing afterwards. Finish caring for your hair by applying Moroccan Argan Oil throughout while it’s still damp after showering.
For Peace of Mind:
Yes, you know quite well that we can’t ignore your beauty treatments on the interior. It can be a stressful time, getting all your plans together and all your ducks in a row! Lady, you need to unwind before your big day so that you can thoroughly enjoy and remember it. So treat yourself to an exclusive full body massage, facial, mani-pedi spa day. You deserve it. Before heading off to your appointment, meditate for 15 minutes to allow all unwanted bombarding thoughts trickle out of your mind. Go empty and leave refreshed, renewed, and vamped up with take-on-the-world bridal beauty.
