Despite the recent announcement, Omokhua joined the Parkwood family a little over six months ago and was hands-on in the execution of the highly-anticipated release of Beyoncé’s latest studio album, “RENAISSANCE.”
“Justina brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and experience to Parkwood Entertainment,” said Founder and Chairwoman Beyoncé. “I am pleased to officially welcome her to the team and excited to have her expertise as we continue to grow.”
Omokhua currently oversees the powerhouse teams at Parkwood, which include the creative, editorial, public relations, and technology departments.
“Parkwood is the epitome of excellence and to serve in this role is an opportunity of a lifetime,” said Omokhua in a statement. “We will continue to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.”
Omokhua is no stranger to being a force within the entertainment industry.
Previously, she served as senior vice president of brand marketing at Endeavor where she worked with brands like IMG and WME.
Additionally, she was Apple’s global head of content and lifestyle strategy, helping to execute marketing strategies that helped to both require and retain users across the brand’s various platforms, including Apple Music.

“I started my own company and my father taught me so, so much,” Beyoncé explained in a clip via TikTok. “When I decided to manage myself, it was important that I didn’t go to some big management company. I felt like I wanted to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and be my own powerhouse and have my own empire and show other women when you get to this point in your career, you don’t have to go sign with someone else and share your money and your success.”
