Up Your Zinc Intake
Like we mentioned earlier, what you eat will heavily dictate how you look. It makes sense that ingesting more essential vitamins and minerals will contribute to a healthy glow. Of course, no studies have generated incontrovertible proof that zinc is an acne buster, but it does show promising results. When compared to prescription acne medicine in a one-month trial, the two remedies showed comparable results. What makes zinc supplements an even more attractive alternative is that you can purchase it over the counter. You also won’t suffer any strange side effects that come with prescription acne medicine, like dizziness and skin pigmentation.
