How would you describe personal style vs. fashion?
Personal style is what makes you feel best no matter what trends the runways or publications are dictating. Someone can know fashion, constantly be in the latest trends, yet have no personal style. Personal style is in the details, the way one cuffs her jeans, drapes her jacket, tucks in only the front of her white tee, to add a subtle difference to her look that make it her own.

What do you believe are the must-have spring staples that you may have in your wardrobe and every gal should have?
Fringe! I’m all about it right now: fringe jackets, bags, boots, heels, skirts, you name it. I just got the most amazing fringe heeled boots by Alexandre Birman that I’m dying to break in. As a dancer, this trend really speaks to me because I’m attracted to all the movement and drama it creates.

What spring trends do you think are the hottest? How would you style them?
I’m still in love with crop tops; they’ve been back for a few years now, but I still think they’re so hot, versatile, and surprisingly flattering if styled correctly. I like pairing mine with high-waisted wide-legged pants or skirts and a draped jacket over the shoulders!
