If you even briefly explored your newsfeed on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you might have noticed a lot of talk about Lifetime’s new movie, produced by Wendy Williams, portraying the life of the late R&B singer, Aaliyah. Many fans voiced their frustrations about the film during its premiere stressing that it was a far less than perfect depiction of Aaliyah and her life, but it was those closest to the songstress that were more than outraged— the most outspoken being her music producer and friend, Timbaland. Timbaland bashes Aaliyah biopic and has not one regret about it.
