Big Sean & Naya Rivera Call Off Their Engagement

There is apparently some trouble in paradise for rapper Big Sean and his triple threat fiance Naya Rivera. The fabulous couple got engaged in October and all seemed to be going extremely well for the two love birds, but according to new reports, Big Sean & Naya Rivera call off their engagement and may be looking at a not so fairy-tale ending. Rumors have began circulating that the “Glee” actress took to twitter where she accused her former lover of stealing expensive jewelry she owned. Naya allegedly wrote:

But according to a statement by E!, a rep for Big Sean confirms the split and said:
“After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off,” the recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue.”
The rep not only denies the recent accusations, but insists that they are not what caused the breakup. In fact TMZ reported:
Sean’s rep announced today that Sean had called off their engagement and wedding … but insisted “recent rumors and accusations” had nothing to do with the breakup — a reference to reports claiming he cheated.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … the cheating rumors are 100% false and that Sean actually made the decision to call off the wedding weeks ago. We’re told he thought Naya was too controlling and too jealous of the women he worked with and met on tour.
The news of the breakup is very shocking since the couple seemed to be so in love, and had only been engaged for 6 months! Breakups can be messy and whether or not the rumors are true or false I’m sure both parties are having a rough time dealing with the split. Wishing Naya Rivera and Big Sean nothing but the best as they move on with their careers and personal lives. Maybe there is hope for reconciliation in the near future.
