It’s the time of year when everything starts looking a little dull and dark. Why not add a pop of color to your everyday makeup? Red lipstick is so overly done nowadays. We now have other vibrant colors that you can rock. I’ve conducted some research and made a list of eye catching lip colors.
– Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Lip Color in Electric Orange stays on all day! Who doesn’t love that? Also the color of the lipstick is bold and will not fade. It goes on really smooth, so no need for applying gloss over it. I love it.
– Lancome Rouge in Love Lipstick in Violette Coquette works well with any skin tone. It’s opaque so if you’re not ready for this extreme color stay clear of this one. But for those of you that are ready to rock it, please do so. It’s a great color.
– Mac Viva Glam Nicki is, of course, a very noticeable lip color. It will definitely brighten up a dull day. This lipstick has it all; it’s bright, sparkly and glossy. Sounds perfect if you ask me. Also, if you’re a little fearful of trying out darker colors this lipstick is great.
– Wet ‘n’ Wild Cinnamon Spice lipstick is really great. It’s my go to lipstick, I bought it about three weeks ago and I can’t put it down. It goes on flawless, glossy and it keeps my lips moist. I like it because it is a neutral bold color, so it goes with everything and it makes my lips stand out.
So if you want your lips to make a statement you have other options than using red lipstick. This is awesome because some of us can’t pull red off. I just gave you some ideas to start out with, if you want to experiment with other eye catching colors, go for it.
