Everyone wants white teeth, but not everyone has hundreds of dollars to spend. Whitening your teeth isn’t as difficult as you may think. There are lots of easy, at-home ways to get your teeth whiter without putting a dent in your wallet.
My favorite way to whiten my teeth is by using hydrogen peroxide. You can pour it on your toothbrush while you brush your teeth, or just swish it around in your mouth. If you choose the latter option, don’t keep the peroxide in your mouth for more than thirty seconds.
Another awesome way to make your teeth whiter is by mixing baking soda with water and then brushing your teeth. Just use half a teaspoon of baking soda…you don’t want to overdo it. This is a great way to get your teeth nice and white.
If you have money to spend, Crest WhiteStrips are a great option. You can get them at your local CVS or Target, and a box shouldn’t cost more than $35. You leave them on for a half an hour at a time, and they’re super easy to use. Crest WhiteStrips leave your teeth visibly whiter.
Probably the easiest way to whiten your teeth at home is to use special whitening toothpaste, like Crest Complete Whitening or Colgate Total Advanced Whitening. It’s just regular toothpaste, but it has extra ingredients to keep your teeth white. This is a great way to whiten your teeth if you don’t have the time to do any of the above methods.
These methods all have fabulous results, and they prove that you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to have a beautiful, sparkling smile!
