The founder and CEO has announced that she is bringing her restaurants, Slutty Vegan and Bar Vegan, together into one location in her hometown of Baltimore, MD.
“This is the first time in history that both of my businesses @sluttyveganatl and @barveganatl will be in the same place,” Cole shared in an Instagram post.
After revealing which city the joint business will be in, Cole shared that the location will be at the Baltimore Peninsula in 2024.
At the same time as the Slutty Vegan and Bar Vegan announcement, Cole also announced that she is a partner in a $5 billion revitalization project for Baltimore. Under Armour Founder Kevin Plank, MacFarlane Partners Founder and Chairman Victor MacFarlane, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Urban Investment Group are working alongside her in the project.
“I am excited about building equitable opportunities in my hometown, especially with some of the best and the brightest at Baltimore Peninsula,” she said.
“This is a big deal as I elevate to new dimensions as an entrepreneur and community change agent!”
Cole went on to thank Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott, writer Clarence KD McNair, Slutty Vegan ATL President Jason Crain, Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby, and Carroll County School Counselor Chinere Bland for their support in making the opportunity happen.
In September 2023, Cole made yet another big reveal about Slutty Vegan’s expansion. As previously reported by AFROTECH, she detailed that the restaurant will have a permanent place at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA.

She continued, “Y’all, this is the busiest airport in America, and my restaurant will be there! Special shoutout to the team @justcrain @randyhazelton and H@H hospitality!!! ITS GO TIME!! CONCOURSE B HERE WE COME!”
