Ernst & Young LLP (EY) aims to equip Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to scale and grow their businesses through the official opening of applications for its 2025 cohort of EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN).

Since EAN’s inception in 2019, EY has supported Black and Hispanic/Latino-owned businesses for their impact on their communities and the overall American economy, according to the EY website.

Already Black and Hispanic/Latino entrepreneurs have shown a proven track record of success, producing more than $183 billion and $800 billion, respectively. However, some roadblocks stand in the way of them reaching their full potential.

Thus, EY wants to bridge the gap to access and resources for minorities throughout their entrepreneurial journeys. The 2025 EAN installment is another step toward helping them scale their businesses.

“Black and Hispanic/Latino entrepreneurs are among the unsung heroes of our economy,” Nit Reeder, EY EAN program director, said in a statement. “With EAN, we’re not just imagining a world where barriers don’t exist — we’re creating it. If you’re ready to scale and ignite your business’s impact, let’s make it happen together.”

Program participants will have access to the EY entrepreneurial ecosystem through personalized coaching, a tailored curriculum, and a community of innovative entrepreneurs. They will receive the necessary and impactful skills and resources to take their business ideas to the next level, EY said.

In addition, EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year program and EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women community allow participants to gain support while also networking with a plethora of investors and industry leaders.

To date, EAN has helped about 300 CEOs and founders, “aligning them with $51 million in capital and supporting over $600 million in new contracts and services.”

The EAN 2025 accelerator program is now accepting applications until Aug. 30.
