Tom Ford Gets Secretly Married

Tom Ford, the well-known fashion designer revealed that he is indeed married to his partner of 27 years, Richard Buckley. The exciting news was revealed at the Regent Street Apple store in London last night, while Ford was chatting to Kinvara Balfour. He didn’t make a lavish announcement, but instead casually slid it into the conversation rather nonchalantly. “I lost so many friends in college – I would say more than half of my closest friends. Richard, my partner of 27 years, had also gone through something also quite tough in his life. We are now married which is nice,” he said. “I know that was just made legal in the UK which is great; we were married in the states.” (Glamour Magazine)
So Tom Ford gets secretly married, and nobody finds out until he decides to tell them? Talk about being in control of your personal life. The happy couple met at a fashion show back in the 80’s, and have a son together, Alexander John Buckley Ford. After being together for so long it was only right that these love birds finally made it official. I wish Tom and Richard all the best in their new marriage, and send out a huge congratulations to the newlyweds!
