I’ve always been in pursuit of clear skin. I’ve tried every product, trick and remedy. What I’ve come to discover over the years is that the products and suggestions out there work, but only to a certain extent. Trial and error has proven that the clear, radiant look you so desire can be easily achieved with a combination of tricks and remedies. Keeping skin healthy takes much more than applying a dime-sized amount of scrub to your fingertips and rubbing it into your face in a circular motion. It involves taking care of the rest of your body too. After all, it is all connected. I’ll spare you some searching time with five simple tips that actually work. They are sure to have you on your way to clear and fabulous skin in no time!
1. Sleep
Did you know that simply getting enough sleep can help make your skin look better? Your skin cells need time to rejuvenate too, just like the rest of your body. While we sleep, our circulation increases, bringing more nutrients to the skin cells, which aid in the recovery and revitalizing processes of our skin.
2. Hydrate
If there is anyone that hates to drink water, it’s me. No matter how hard I try, I never can quite seem to drink the recommended amount of fluids on a daily basis.
